Make the switch Asthma Australia is funding a new project that will help residents in the Armidale region make the switch to more environmentally friendly heating options.Applicants applying to the Make the Switch project will receive a subsidy of $3000 towards the cost of removing their woodfire heater and replacing them with a suitable reverse cycle air conditioner.
Water Drops FACT: During the severe drought from 2017 to 2019, Armidale came within 300 days of running out of water in Malpas Dam. Fortunately, the drought ended in early 2020, allowing the region to recover.For comments and feedback, click here
